Libertus Solutions use your personal data to provide business consulting services. We have described how we collect, store and use your data in this Privacy Policy. We take seriously our responsibilities to look after your data and we are committed to protecting your privacy. There are steps you can take to control what we do with your data and we have explained those steps in this Privacy Policy.

When we talk about data and personal data in this Privacy Policy, we mean personal data which identify you or which could be used to identify you such as your name and contact details. Libertus are a “Business to Business” IT consulting company so the personal data we hold on you is related to our mutual business relationship only.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Libertus collect only the data necessary to conduct, or discuss, the provision of business services. This consists of your name and contact details (business address or addresses, email, telephone, or other communication technologies, e.g. skype)

If we have been lucky enough to provide you with services, we will also collect information about the services we have provided.

As part of normal business communications we will also collect data such as emails, letters, telephone calls, messages sent to us through social media platforms.

We do not collect any sensitive personal data.

Other data we collect

Like almost every website there is, this one collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use this website.

We are registered as a company in England and Wales under company number 05868943. We are the data controller of the data which we collect from you, and as such we control the ways your personal data are collected and the purposes for which your personal data are used.
